Getting started with time tracking

To enter your first time tracking entry, just click on Quick entry from the time tracking menu.

The Entries list section in the menu will lead you to all of your time tracking data.

A time tracking entry contains the following data:

  • Client (optional)
  • Document (invoice or estimate - optional)
  • Service (as defined in the catalog, with an hourly cost - mandatory)
  • Days
  • Hours

You can filter the data as in all lists in Sellsy, e.g. by staff member or project:

Totals and charts are calculated dynamically to reflect your filters:
