To manage your incoming email support requests, you must redirect your emails to your Sellsy helpdesk mailbox.
To find the address on your account: enable the add-on from your dashboard, and in the Settings menu, select preferences for that add-on.
Your address will be displayed directly on top of the page:
Simply redirect your emails to this address and every email received will create a ticket in Sellsy.
Of course, you can also use this address to send a message from a web form.
Important: Do not confuse your support email and your Sellsy account email (type s ** c ***** @ sellsy.net). The support add-on email is dedicated to customer support ticket creation.
