How to connect your email account to Sellsy

Sellsy now allows you to send emails from your own email account!

We know that sending emails through a third party service can lead to delivery and traceability problems. Now you can avoid those time consuming and costly issues altogether.

With our new feature you can send emails directly within the Sellsy application, but as if it were going directly out of your own Gmail, Outlook, or other native mailbox!

This change will ensure that your emails will be tracked and delivered reliably.


To activate this new feature, you must connect to your email account to Sellsy.

This can be done by navigating to Settings and selecting ‘Email Accounts.’


Connecting a Gmail or Google Account

Once on the login page, simply enter your information as you normally would to log in.

Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to authorize communication between Google and the Nylas Sync Engine. This is what allows you to link your email account to Sellsy.

Once the you have authorized the Nylas Sync Engine, you will be redirected to your Sellsy account and your email will be connected.
